Role Objective

• The objective of the role is to ascertain that the Panel provides un-infiltrated data, deviations in implementation if any against the system data and the quality of execution through specific audits, investigations, initiatives & trainings

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct audits & reports the detail findings.
• Complete the investigation assignments & reports the detail findings.
• Prepare training modules & conduct training programs.

Job Specifications

Minimum Education	Any Degree
Minimum/Relevant Experience	Minimum 2 years field experience in sales, marketing or service of any customer physical interaction profile. This job requires extensive travel.
Past Industry Experience	Open to any industry
Behavioral Skills	Integrity, transparency, respect, passion, commitment
Technical Skills	Hands-on with MS Word, Excel, PPT
Language Skills	Good communication skills in English and regional languages for the locations concerned
Key Interactions – Internal Stakeholders	Head Field Intelligence & Audit, other Department Heads, State Heads, HO team.
Key Interactions – External Stakeholders	Panel homes, Clients, Service Partner team.
