JOB DESCRIPTION

• Role Objective Drive end-to-end Internal Process Audits – Plan, Audit, Review, Follow-up, and Closure across all functions in MDPL. Lead the entire ISO Audit journey for the company by playing the role of MR – Management Representative. Job Responsibilities Functional Competencies End-to-end ownership of the ISO journey of the company and all its 3rd party vendors. Play the role of MR (Management Representative) in ISO audits for the company. Review internal processes across all teams and publish Process Compliance Reports to Senior Management. Prepare monthly reports on Process Compliance across teams and rank processes. Coordinate with all MDPL functions to track closure of corrective actions for identified gaps. Propose process improvement and re-engineering initiatives based on audit findings. Identify and formalize process training needs and conduct relevant trainings. Play a key role in Process Excellence and Quality Management through process development, standardization, and improvement. Assist all MDPL functions in meeting requirements of External Audits – act as SPOC for External Audits. Track and ensure closure of corrective actions post External Audits. Other Competencies Mandatory experience in ISO 9001. Currently playing or having closely worked with the MR role with strong understanding of responsibilities. Experience in Process Improvement projects. Hands-on experience in Quality Management and Process Audits. Strong verbal and written communication skills. High attention to detail in processes and systems. Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
